The election is over,
The talking is done.
My party lost, your party won.
So let us be friends,
Let arguments pass.
I'll hug my elephant,
You kiss your a . . . hem.
Former SEIU president Andy Stern has visited the White House more than any other person since the president took office, so they must have some common interests. What could they be, and what has the SEIU been up to lately?
Why, marching with Communists, or course.
Those on the left used to become outraged at the mere mention of the socialist/communist affiliations of friends of Obama’s administration, but now they seem to be flaunting it. Here the Communists and union members (SEIU, AFL-CIO, and teachers) are chanting “Legalization or Revolution.”
There are more pictures and videos of the event at Pajamas Media, which links to a full-length photo essay at Ringo’s Pictures.
How about that extensive coverage of this event by the Main Stream Media? Hmm, I must have missed that.
Nothing to see here, move along. But don’t be surprised if demonstrations proliferate this summer and boil over next year before the election. That’s what community organizers excel at, after all.
Our president is recruiting children in the schools – recruiting them for ten weeks of training as community organizers “to make the change we fought so hard for in 2008 a reality in 2010 and beyond.”
Here is the link. Read it and weep. Then get very, very angry and start making phone calls.
How often do you watch videos that last 30 minutes, let alone a two-parter that takes an hour out of your day?
Me neither.
But I did just that after I found these at DavidHorowitz.com, staying up well past midnight to do so. I recommend you pour yourself a cup of cocoa, curl up by the fire, end learn a little more about what is going on in the Democratic party.
This is how I feel today, almost. I”m not alone, 60% of the people in this country are with me, but the tanks of Congress keep rolling over us with the healthcare bill. The Dems in the Senate who disagreed with some portion of the bill have been bought and paid for. They let their voicemail boxes stay full so they wouldn’t have to listen to any more protests. They ignored the emails flooding in, the turned a blind eye to the protesters outside and the constituents inside their office building pleading with them to stop. There is no crisis that can be stayed by passage before Christmas, there is nothing, NOTHING, in the bill that will give more affordable, easier to obtain health care to anyone in the next three years.
So, I am dressed all in black today, head to toe. In mourning ( I hope prematurely) for our country, our flag and our way of life. Too many bills denying our freedoms, the greatest of which is this garbage filled health care bill.
So much to write about, and so little time. Where do I start? ClimateGate or Acorn’s document dump? Both involve public airing of documents the organizations involved didn’t want anyone to see – probably because in both cases we are now witnessing the undoing of utter frauds.
It’s almost a shame these two stories are hitting at the same time, since they both deserve our undivided attention. Did I mention they are both massive frauds? Let’s touch on global warming first.
From MinnesotansForGlobalWarming we have the following ditty, about hiding the data that show worldwide temperatures declining over the past decade. Catchy.
Of course the media are completely ignoring this scandal of scientific fraud, falsification, collusion, and corruption, verified by thousands of emails and data files from CRU at East Anglia University. If you aren’t following this story you really should, since the cap and trade tax scheme our government wants to burden us with will be massive. A good place to follow this story is at Watts Up With That , or at Big Government , which just coincidenatlly is also awash with stories and pictures of documents from ACORN’s data dump in San Diego.
The ACORN documents became public knowledge just a few days ago, but the private investigator who has them retrieved them from a dumpster Oct. 9. He dug out a Suburban full of documents. Twenty thousand documents. He says he has been back since and gotten more, as apparently ACORN continues throwing them away. Most surprisingly he says he found a paper with his name and contact information on it among documents he retrieved later, indicating that someone in the office had gotten word of him by then.
If you haven’t been following Big Government, you might want to take a peek at a few of these articles/documents.
Breitbart is the genius behind the release of the Acorn sting tapes… and apparently a whole lot more. According to his website, Big Hollywood another big story will be coming out at noon today. I for one will be glued to my computer, because if there’s one thing Andrew Breitbart has shown in the last week or so, it’s this: In the age of the internet, it doesn’t matter how many network execs and newspapers Obama has in his pocket, so long as there are real journalists left in the world, the truth will come out.
Maybe the real journalists will start reporting the Acorn scandal now that Jon Stewart has brought it to the public’s attention.
Oh, I forgot, the Main Stream Media doesn’t have real journalists anymore.
You won’t see the clip of Jon Stewart skewering Acorn on YouTube either, because they aren’t showing it. I can’t get the Hulu clip to embed, but it’s well worth following the link below and spending six minutes watching it to see how Stewart mocks Acorn and the MSM.
